Great location and would stay again

Pros: Easy check in with friendly staff. Room clean with everything you need. Cons: The air conditioning seemed to like its own temperature rather than the one we chose

Thank you all for these wonderful and lovely services, and I will return to the hotel every time I visit Manchester.

Pros: Everything was exceptional and wonderful, from the reception and services to the staff. The reception team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and courteous. They even upgraded my room. I would especially like to mention Jimmy, Alex, Romeo, and others from the reception team whose names I apologize for not remembering. Cons: Nothing
