Very good, top league for Berlin standards.

Pros: Very good, very courteous staff at all levels. Cons: Even minor issues were promptly and friendly resolved by the service.

Pleasant

Pros: I liked the check-in and out, the atmosphere was welcoming and the apartment had everything you need. Cons: The only thing was the room climate, it was just too warm and the fan maybe a bit weak.

Very very good stay in Berlin

Pros: The neighborhood is great. The nicest in Berlin. The hotel and the apartment are also very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly too. Cons: Nothing.

Very good experience

Pros: The location, the neighborhood is one of the best in Berlin, very well connected to the center. There are many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Cons: The curtain was not very clean, and daylight came in anyway. My room faced the street where trams pass by, they provided earplugs to help me sleep
