Good first impression but overall disappointing
Pros: Very modern. Clean and staff very helpful Cons: No air conditioning. There was a plastic fan but that blew out hot air. Television and electric hob did not work but no reception to report this too
Location is good but depends on your other criteria.
Pros: Location is very good, right in front of the metro to all tourist spots in London. Plenty of markets and cafes nearby when you step out. Cleanliness was important. Cons: The most significant issue is the train station. I stayed for about 10 days and couldn't sleep due to the noise I had to open the window. Ask for a room facing away from the street. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep, make sure to take the top entrance. Cleaning is only done every 8 days, which I think is not sufficient. The beds are small.

Great place, too hot to stay in summer
Pros: Great location Cons: We were on the top floor and it was very hot, we asked for another fan and they said we would have to pay for one or pay for an air conditioning machine which was £100 plus £30 per night. Had a very bad sleep.
Very nice apartment in a safe area.
Pros: It was clean, near the train station, near restaurants, and in a safe area. Cons: The bathroom could have been a couple of feet longer. The toilet was too close to the sink.
