Steps-Hotel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer für drei Personen war groß, und die Betten waren bequem und hatten gute Matratzen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir ein eigenes Badezimmer hatten.

tesisin konumu çok iyi tesis tertemiz ama imkanlar kısıtlı. normalde daha düşük fiyatlı otellerde bile odalarda bir tane su satıcısı olur. bir iki çay ya da kahve konulur ama maalesef fiyatı uygun olmamasına rağmen bunlar yoktı resepsiyondan parayla almak zorunda kalıyorduk.

Pros: Super nice and friendly staff, the guy at the reception was very helpful and introduced everything in clear way 24h reception and late check in is possible The rooms are clean and tidy all the time The hotel is accessible through walking about 10 minutes from the nearest bus/metro station Cons: A bit of noise in the area, rooms are not well isolated Toilets could be organized a bit better

Hyvä perustason hotelli sekä hinta/laatusuhde

Pros: Tilava huone, henkilökunta oli palvelualtis. Siisti hotelli, joka päivä siivous, plussana jääkaappi, ainakin ylimmässä kerroksessa. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet, kaupat suht lähellä, Hotellissa myös oma baari, nurkan takana irkkubaari.. Cons: Hissiä ei ollut, hiki tuli koska huone oli ylimmässä kerroksessa, äänieristys oli heikohko, vaikka hotelli muuten oli hiljainen.
