Studio in perfect location

Just one word... Comfort

Pros: The structure was in a convenient and strategic location. You could walk out in the evening to go to Las Americas. Both the private parking and the trash bins in the same parking lot were very convenient. The apartment is small, but it is equipped with all the necessary comforts. The owners Finke and his wife were super friendly and super helpful. If I had to return to Tenerife, I would definitely choose this accommodation again. Cons: There is no air conditioning, but it is quite ventilated in the evening, so opening the window solves the problem.

Pros: I highly recommend booking this studio for your holiday. It's very conveniently located: 7 minutes from the sea, 10-15 minutes from Siam Park, and there's a good grocery store just five minutes away. The owner was very friendly; he came personally to give us the keys and show us around. The bedside lamp stopped working, and we told him in the morning. He replaced the entire lamp with a new one within 45 minutes! I highly recommend this studio to everyone. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bedroom, and it has a wonderful sea view. The hotel also has a pool, but we didn't have

Best place in the city, quiet, everything you need in the room, close to the beach, central bus station, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment places.

Pros: Everything was super clean and everything was thought of. There was also a washing machine, and when it stopped working, a new one was immediately provided. Cons: During the 17 days, there was no cleaning in between, which was a shame.
