Avoid. Invest some more pounds for a decent place to stay at.

Pros: TLDR: if you have a few pounds to spare, don’t come here (it's not that cheap anyway). Invest in a good mattress, a safe place, and kinder staff. The only positive thing is the position. Very central and convenient from St. Pancras international (we arrived and left with the Eurostar train). But that's all. We were quite disappointed by all the rest. First of all, the place itself: a bit run down. It could be nice with proper maintenance (NEW MATTRESS, for goodness sake, how much can it be?) and proper cleaning (surfaces were sticky, etc). Great accommodation in London

Pros: We’ve stayed here many times over the last 20 years. The location is excellent 5 mins from Kings Cross, Euston and Russell Square stations), and the prices are good for London. The rooms are not large, but are big enough and well-equipped. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Cons: Happy with everything!

Pros: Easy location. Easy to book, check in and check out. Ideal for a concert or a weekend stay. Cons: A tad outdated but easy liveable.

Pros: The location is great, so close to the tube, restaurants and grocery within minutes of walking. I got to choose which level of room to take, I picked ground floor - wise decision, I don't think I would have been able to lift my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Getting a room with AC was money well spent. Room is clean and nice. Cons: I should have expected the size of the bathroom would be very different to what I'm used to, but still took me by surprise. A lovely home away from home in central London

Pros: The location was excellent. The street was pretty quiet in the evening (not silent as this is London!) The kitchenette was spacious and plenty of room in cupboards and fridge. I was comfortably able to cook a meal. There were thoughtful touches like foldable dining chairs so you could put them away and have more room. The air conditioning was powerful. It was absolutely sweltering outside but we were lovely and cool. We regularly popped back for a cool down - and the location meant we could do that.
