Great apartment, quiet, close to London City Airport
Pros: We booked this last minute as our flight out of nearby London City Airport was cancelled and this was nearby. The owner made it very easy for us to gain access and was quick to answer any questions we had once we arrived. This was a great little apartment, very well appointed, clean and comfortable and a relief to find, with hundreds of other cancelled flights and thousands of travellers all looking for accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay despite the unusually hot weather. The owner was friendly and easy to reach by phone. He returned the deposit for the damage on the same day we checked out, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay, and there was no air conditioning. However, that's understandable, as temperatures above 30°C are relatively uncommon in London. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
