Pros: Great Location, very spacious! Cons: The listing said the entire house but it’s not, it’s the upstairs unit and they have a smaller unit that has access to the backyard! Also, there were ants in
Pros: Great Location, very spacious! Cons: The listing said the entire house but it’s not, it’s the upstairs unit and they have a smaller unit that has access to the backyard! Also, there were ants in the master bath we didn’t notice until the 3rd day because we didn’t stay at the house much! Also, the owner of the property showed up randomly one day while we were out and didn’t notify anyone she was coming, and it was quite scary!

Awesome rooftop view, excellent location, and amenities made this a very nice stay for us.
Pros: The view from the rooftop is the most remarkable aspect of this place. It is lovely, and we could see the Statue of Liberty from our bedroom window. That was fantastic! We loved the excellent check-in instructions. Having off-street garage parking made the stay experience very convenient. We also loved the washer/dryer and the pods provided. It made our stay very pleasant. The nearby easy public transit into Manhattan and some really wonderful brunch places nearby are highlights. This place is an excellent mix of good neighborhood amenities without excessive noise. The apartment was chil

Amazing
This property was exactly as described!! The view of New York City was phenomenal. The house was clean and cozy. We spent 4 wonderful days there.

Very poor quality furnishings, unclean, and broken
Pros: Open plan layout Cons: Furniture dirty, truly uncomfortable, and rooftop seemed trashed. Like a student shared accommodation.
