Cons: The listing said the entire house but it’s not it’s the upstairs unit and they have a smaller unit that has access to the back yard! also there were ants in the master bath we didn’t notice until the 3rd day because we’re didn’t stay at the house a bunch! also the owner of the property showed up randomly one day while we were out and didn’t notify anyone she was coming & it gave us a good scary!

Awesome rooftop view, excellent location and amenities made this a very nice stay for us.

Pros: The view from the rooftop is the most remarkable aspect of this place. It is lovely, and we could see the Statue of Liberty out our bedroom window. That was fantastic! We loved the excellent check-in instructions. Having an off-street garage parking made the stay experience very convenient. I also loved the washer/dryer, and the pods provided. It made our stay very pleasant. The nearby easy public transit into Manhattan and some really wonderful brunch places nearby are highlights.
