Stylish 4 Bed, newly renovated home in Nottingham

Pros: We had a lovely stay! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, with great attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook and feel at home. The location was excellent for visiting Nottingham Trent University, just around 10 minutes away by Uber, and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Matt’s communication was excellent throughout, and he was very accommodating when we asked about an early check-in. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here! I stayed here on a work trip and it was absolutely amazing. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Every minor detail thought of. It was absolutely spotless and the facilities was incredible. Would 100% stay again on my next trip to Nottingham

The property has been beautifully renovated. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very quiet area with just a short bus or uber ride into the centre.

A clean, tidy and comfortable property

Pros: The property was extremely clean and tidy. Instructions before arriving were clear and well informed. Matt was great and even let us know of an earlier check in, which was very helpful. The Friday Nottingham traffic didn't allow for it in the end but it was certainly appreciated! Matt was also very accomodating when we asked for all the beds to be arranged as singles. All in all, the property is lovely and very well managed. I would definitely recommend people stay here. Cons: Nothing that I can think of, it was all great.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully presented, homely & comfortable. The attention to detail is impressive- from the decor to the contents the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
