Pros: Ample parking, good sized property. Lovely kitchen and facilities. Great lounge with a large dining table. The bedrooms and bathroom was excellent. Cons: Nothing

Great location. Very responsive host to a wee problem communicated to them late at night

Pros: Location great. Quiet location but ideally placed for a short taxi ride to NEC Cons: Would have like a tv in lounge - without one we spent time in kitchen

Very poor cleanliness very poor owners

Pros: The location was very good for our needs Cons: When we were checking out of the property and doing a final check some of the things that were found were absolutely disgusting ie a used condom wrapper a soiled pair of underwear discarded food items rubble dirts a thick layer of dust and the property owners just completely disregarded what we had said

The house is immaculate. Clean towels on every bed and at a central location. Nice size for 4 people staying. Spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Clear rules to follow in the house. Bus stop nearby to get to different locations. Everything we needed for a girls weekend away. Thank you
