In general, lack of maintaining the room in good condition made our stay less than pleasant. Ensuring good quality furni
Pros: The location is great to use public transport and navigate Boston Cons: The room in the basement had a bad sewage smell every time we entered. The basement room also was very noisy and exposed to outside noise. Worst of all is the mattress that was in bad condition and one would sink in the middle of it.

Cons: Op zich was de ruimte prima, ook al was het een kelderruimte met ramen op straathoogte. De ramen konden open worden geschoven en vastgezet, en er zaten horren voor, dat was prima. Het (brede) bed voor 2 personen viel me tegen: als de ene persoon (normaal gewicht) in bed lag, ontstond er een kuil waar de tweede persoon (normaal gewicht) naar toe rolde. Zo had je beiden het gevoel in een te smal bed te liggen. Verder verbaasde het me dat je bij deze (niet geringe) kamerprijs in de badkamer geen enkele plek vond om iets (b.v. een telefoon) droog neer te leggen en geen enkele haak om kleren
Lovely apartment, comfortable for a short to medium length stay
Pros: Great location, modern and clean with good security. The facilities offered were quite adequate and the room spacious enough for a comfortable 4 day stay. Cons: No “breakfast station” or tea and coffee making facilities available in the rooms which meant a trip to the shared kitchen (2nd floor) when boiling water was required.
Overall it was a convenient and pleasant place to stay; I would stay there again.
The staff was very responsive and easy to reach. There was a problem with the way the door shut and they were willing to address it right away. However, there could have been more info in the room such as how to use the heater/ac and how the door locks automatically and maybe some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood. Also the parking cost was extremely high. I was able to get a guest overnight parking pass from Brookline for $10, whereas they wanted $50/night.
