Poor
Pros: Was clean & easy accessible & very good location Cons: The host doesn’t get back to you right away leaves you waiting a few days. I had an issue with the WiFi which left me without no internet or tv access for the majority of my stay which was massively disruptive & I had to message them twice after my stay in order to get any sort of answers & even now I’m still awaiting a reply to me previous message so this was poor from them.

Pros: - the agents at Novu were pleasant to interact with - clean property Cons: - Having to walk 15minutes there and back to collect an drop off the keys, massive inconvenience. When I queued this the agent informed me it’s in the advert. The advert states “nearby office” which I believe is very misleading - 11am checkout - couldn’t use the glass dining room table as it was broken - bedside lamp was broken already. Considering they hold £150 from you when you book, you would think the money is used to fix issues (which have clearly been left or attempt to disguise) - Netflix did not

Pros: The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient, as it was close to everything I needed, such as supermarkets and restaurants. Cons: The key pickup is inconvenient and takes a long time. You have to go far to pick up the key, and they do not have storage after you leave, so you have to go by Taxi to check out. They do not allow any checkout after 11 a.m., which is inconvenient, and they do not give you the card to access the lift, so you have to carry your bags even though there is a lift to the third floor.The curtains in the room do not close, therefore there is no privac
