Pros: It was neat and clean and location was pretty nice Cons: Can’t say about the property but the staff was rude, unprofessional and with no empathy, I booked this hotel because of the kitchen facility. In the name of kitchen they just have an induction stove with no utensils to cook. How can a person cook or eat without utensils. Atleast they should have mentioned this in the advertisement which they did not. Also in the room they have mentioned to contact helpdesk for crockery but they don’t seem to provide any thing or may be the staff didn’t wanted to provide . Upon reaching the front de

Pros: The room was clean, the price was great and the front desk staff was so nice. Cons: The bed was a little hard for my liking but other than that, it was great.

Be aware of this property, not returning or will to stay again with this hotel chain

Cons: The room telephone did not work ... the toilet self-flushed about every 2-3 minutes all day and night ... no electrical wall plugs near headboard for medical equipment ... asked to borrow extension cord only to be given a damaged extension cord ... staff was not helpful, unable to relocate to better room
