Had a great stay because of incredible staff and service

Pros: Absolutely loved the staff so polite, helpful and engaging 10/10 Cons: Small room To far from the city to walk for us

Enjoyable stay in a great city.

Pros: Very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Well located. Cons: Minor gripe is that it’s the first time i have stayed in a high end hotel where the European breakfast doesn’t offer cheese and cold meats. It’s a bit disappointing when NZ has some of the best cheeses in the world.

Cosy stay

Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, I loved how the room had its own hair straightener which was a lovely little touch and where it was situated was so close to the cbd everything in walking distance Cons: The hotel has very minimal parking so you kind of have to pay for valet otherwise you may have to walk a way, and the room was slightly smaller than I expected.

Pros: Comfy bed plenty of room , oh and a small kitchen complete with hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher .... Options for buffet breakfast were fresh and plentiful Cons: Charge for parking however free on street parking available during stay just outside hotel
