Pros: It was a central location where everything can be found. Shops, restaurants, everything Cons: The only negative was breakfast, Lunch nor dinner was included with this stay. But don't worry there are lots of food stops very close by. The biggest issue was the smell of the seaweed. So strong you can smell it slightly in the rooms.
Enjoyable.
I did not take the breakfast since it was off the premises.

Pros: The stay was ok. Friendly staff and good location, quiet, and in an area with many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Cons: Old, worn-out establishment with no services inside. Too expensive for what it offers.
