Couldn't have asked for better!

Arrived for a short stay with my daughter and was absolutely blown away! It's always a spin of the wheel when you book a hotel in a major city you don't know...... but this was most certainly a winning spin. We were welcomed with true Turkish hospitality. Our room had been upgraded, (i have mobility issues and needed a walk-in shower) and we were given the presidential suite! Oh wow! What a view!! My family and I recently enjoyed our first visit to Istanbul, and choosing the Sultanhan Hotel as our home away from home made the trip truly special. We absolutely loved our stay at the Sultanhan Hotel in Istanbul! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the Blue Mosque and the Sultanahmet sites. The front desk staff were friendly and amazing, always greeting us warmly and making sure we ended each long tour day with a cup of tea or rich Turkish coffee. Our car was safely parked right beside the hotel for the entire stay, which gave us peace of mind. Old World Charm

My friend and I stayed here 2 nights before joining our tour group at another hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It is located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. We had several meals in the rooftop restaurant. The view of the Bosphorous was stunning and the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant and hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great hotel, it was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely hospitable. They treated us like family. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Free coffee, tea and water was offered all day.
