Good location but accessibility and water pressure not great.
Pros: Good location for Shanklin beach and local connections to head to Sandown and ventnor. Cons: Would be appropriate to mention that the property is accessible by stairs only. Also please invest in a power shower. Pressures was non existent and one of our party scolded their hand on the water in the bathroom after turning on the cold water.

Pros: Its location to the beach, lovely view from the apartment and local town, with fantastic public transport service. The size of the apartment ( 2 bed) was ok Cons: The host wasn’t there to meet us, we were on the first floor and as my husband has health issues it would have been very helpful to have assistance getting our luggage up to our room. We never had any message or call through out the week to ask if everything was ok which would have courteous especially as we hadn’t met anyone on arrival. Perfect stay - really did feel like a home away from home
Pros: The location was lovely, really quiet area yet very easy to get to everywhere. The studio itself was wonderful. They had thought of everything - anything you could possibly need was in a cupboard somewhere. There were also basics like washing up liquid, cleaning products and salt/ pepper in the cupboards. Its the first time I havent needed to buy something for one or two uses and leave it in the apartment when I go. There was Isle of Wight water and biscuits on the table when we arrived, which was a sweet little addition. The guy who welcomed us was lovely. This would be an ideal
