Overall, I enjoyed my stay, with exceptional reception staff,
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay.
Their friendly attitude and genuine care made such a positive first impression and really contributed to making our experience so enjoyable. It was clear that excellent customer service is a priority for the hotel.

Most definitely would recommend Sunbay
Pros: The room was exceptionally comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was excellent every day was something new.
Cons: I didn't like that I wasn't able to see the sea properly.
Seeing as this occurred I would have preferred a pool and garden view.

My stay felt like home away from home
Pros: At Sunbay the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great the breakfast was ok not my usual breakfast but it was great a difference in taste and style I still enjoyed every moment of it
Cons: Nothing really I had a bed to sleep on breakfast in the morning and a lovely pool to swim in the stay was enjoyable!!
