Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location. The river Thames could be seen from our bedroom window. The room was spacious and provided what we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and were on hand to assist. Cons: The room could have been cleaner with sticky marks on the dressing table and bedside tables. The fridge advertised was barely cold and was unclean.

Pros: It is a very tired room, I had to change it. Cons: I have not been able to secure an invoice since my stay which is very problematic.
