Pros: Fresh, clean and welcoming Cons: No shower cap ! as shower was only ceiling with no lower spray shower and I didn’t want to wet my hair was difficult. Pretty noisy outside with students up till early in the morning
Nice place, grumpy, uncaring staff.
Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable Cons: Front desk was unhappy, uninterested, did not care. All the staff need to go on a Hilton training course.
Nice place off term time
Pros: Great place, once we found it... won't want to stay during term as I can imagine it bring very busy. Breakfast was nice in the cafe across the way . Cons: Standing in the rain waiting for breakfast to open
Good place to stay for
Pros: Spacious room Cons: Shower didn’t drain very well but we couldn’t advise staff as it was early hours of the morning and only had security staff on.
Peaceful
Pros: Location central & quiet. Cons: On arrival we advised the front desk the plug for the bathroom sink was missing. Was never replaced in the 3 days we were there!?
