Pros: Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest after long days. Cons: NA

Pros: great location, with buses from and to new york every 15 minutes. very friendly and easily reachable host. Cons: sometimes the bathroom wasn’t left clean by other guests but it’s not the host’s fault. The room I had for the first nights, because the host kindly upgraded me to a better room had no window unfortunately

Pros: Nothing Cons: Communication with owner was terrible. I reached out several times and only got a reply very late the night before my booking that they need to cancel which put me in a very difficult position finding new place in NY at the last moment.
