The apartment is located right next to a very nice beach and walking distance to a good restaurant

Pros: Great location Cons: Only one AC which is located in the living room and the bedrooms were hot. The €600 deposit was required. I felt like it was an extreme amount. I felt like check-in was also a little extreme because we had to hold up the passport next to our faces after we already sent pictures of our passports. Paid Parking is required for the area which was not mentioned in the listing.

Pros: de locatie dicht bij het strand, maar als als je de airco aan zet plus vb de vaatwasser klapt alles er uit, de aicro trekt enkel het huiskamertje niet tot aan de slaapkamers. Cons: airco, plus een beetje achterstallig onderhoud lekker fris verfje zou goed doen.

Pros: Lage ist fantastisch !!! Cons: Eine Kaution von 660€ für vier Übernachten ist sehr ungewöhnlich!?

Pros: Tuve comunicarme con la administradora y no enviaron un video para el ingreso . Ubicación, el departamento está en un tercer piso por escalera, no posee ascensor. Cons: Al ingresar al departamento me encuentro con la novedad de que no tenía ascensor y está ubicado en un tercer piso y no está informado en la reserva. Por otro lado al llegar a la ubicación me encuentro con la novedad que tenía que abonar un seguro de garantía por € 680 + los impuestos municipales, (lo que no te informan es que la garantía te la cobran por anticipado y después dicen que la devolverán dentro de los 7 días
