Cons: Cheguei no hotel e estava fechado, segundo relatos de pessoas que trabalham ao lado o hotel estava fechado ha semanas. Tanto o hotel quanto o booking nao me avisaram nada e ainda me cobraram as 2 diarias antes da chegada (estava acordado assim). Ja escrevi pra plataforma booking sobre o caso e nao me respondem. Ate o ultimo momento a reserva saia como "confirmada" pelo booking. Se o hotel estava fechado ha semanas como que o booking nao sabia ? Lamentavel, tive que correr atras de outro hotel e acabei pagando mais causando prejuizo e mal estar.

A very conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from the entrance to Petra. The staff, especially the reception team, are very friendly and helpful – they assist with parking and luggage, which is very convenient.
A big advantage is the early breakfast available before Petra opens, making it a great option if you plan to visit early in the morning.
Overall, a great hotel – highly recommended!
