I don't like reception because, we arrived 1hr before check-in and reception want charge me $20us dollars if we enter before of time

I don't like reception because, we arrived 1hr before check-in and reception want charge me $20us dollars if we enter before of time. No parking, breakfast simple, but the bed waa good and you need to have lucky with hot water.
