A terrible experience due to poor service, extreme lack of cleanliness, and broken facilities.
Pros: Location Cons: The service and customer greeting were very poor. The floors and elevator were completely filthy. When we first checked into the room, it was very dirty, dusty, and the drawer was broken. There was no proper ventilation in the room or bathroom, and the air conditioner filters were full of layers of dirt and dust.
Pros: Nothing at all. Will never bop it again. Cons: No light in the room, breakfast bad. In the bookin they claimed breakfast was included. They offered equate granola bars and the worst coffee ever.
Pros: Location and affordable. Cons: There is no free breakfast. The room was not clean.
Adequate accommodations with convenient amenities, friendly staff, safe location and good value.
Front desk staff very accommodating. My room was fine, bed comfy, a few hiccups. Light bulb missing from bedside lamp, TV didn't work (called front desk and staff came up immediately to remedy).Suggest you do away with bedspreads (worn) just double sheet the bed. Breakfast included minimal but didn't anticpate much more. Considered a very good value overall. Felt safe there.
Cons: I wish you had more of a selection for breakfast then just fruit, coffee and snack bars. no real breakfast food at all. had to door dash every single day i was there
