Unacceptable and hostile staff behavior ruined an otherwise okay stay.

Pros: The check-in on day 1 with S. was very friendly and welcoming. Our two consecutive booking nights were successfully noted in the system. Cons: Shocking, hostile, and aggressive behavior from receptionist A. on our second evening! When we politely asked for a duplicate of a forgotten room key, she immediately became extremely loud and rude. She falsely claimed we weren't checked in, continuously cut us off, and refused any calm conversation.The situation escalated completely when she yelled at us and threatened to call the police for no reason at all.
