Smelled like cigarettes 🤮
Pros: AC worked decently and the hot water didn't work. Cons: Was told it was a non-smoking room. Previously had been heavily smoked in. Burn holes in the carpet, etc. And the TV remote didn't work.

Pros: We've stayed there many times over the last 10 years, and I must say this is the best I've ever seen it look. The updates, the upgrades, and the friendliness of the staff were outstanding. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 20. They had us booked on the second floor, and because of my knee injuries, they worked diligently to make sure I was on the bottom floor, and I greatly appreciate that. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Arkansas. Cons: Was sad the pool was temporarily closed. But to keep visitors safe from falling debris from the upgrade of the new roof, I can app
