Shambolic with a host who couldn’t care less - avoid this apartment like the plague
Pros: Nothing at all as we couldn’t access the building as hosts never sent us the code for lock box. Cons: We couldn’t access the building as we were never sent an access code - the hosts refused to answer emails (ever - not even to apologise) they let the phone ring out and then switched off the phone. Completely ruined our stay as it took hours to get booking.com to authorise stay in an alternative venue.

Die bisher schlechteste Erfahrung bei Booking
Pros: Achtung! Diese Unterkunft ist nicht mehr bei Booking gelistet. Wir standen vor der Tür, und obwohl es dort Ferienwohnung gab, hatten wir keinen Zugang, da der Besitzer gewechselt hat. Der vorherige hatte wohl einen Account bei Booking und hat diesen nicht geschlossen. Unsere Zahlung war bereits erfolgt. Wir mussten uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Ort, sind derzeit in der Absprache der Rückzahlung mit booking. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass der Eintrag im Internet sofort gelöscht wird, das ist aber anscheinend noch nicht erfolgt. Insofern können wir nur nur davor warnen, hier zu buchen

Pros: Host wouldn’t answer phone. Money lost, ruined our best friends wedding as we had NO WHERE TO STAY on what should have been an amazing day. Booking.com were on the phone to us for over 4 hours with no real outcome. Sent us ‘options’ of where we could stay - all in a different city?! A mere checklist from their part which didn’t help at all. We spent hundreds on new accommodation (once we finally found the only hotel available in the whole area on that day) and taxis trying to sort ourselves out. Cons: Host wouldn’t answer phone.
