Excellent hotel with a view of the Bosphorus.
Pros: The hotel is located on a street full of other hotels and various restaurant options. Excellent location near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. It has a view of the Bosphorus. Very attentive and helpful staff (highlight to Allkan at the reception). We did not opt for breakfast, as there are many options nearby. Erica used the spa and liked it a lot. The pool area is very pleasant, but the service is expensive.
Cons: The bathroom is very strange. A bit small, low, with a shower box where you can easily hit your head.

Wow what a welcome to the beautiful city of Istanbul. The welcome from Gullu, Hasan, Bayram, Reyhan, Ezgt, and Manager Nadir Muali warmed our hearts and elevated our honeymoon beyond a 10/10. Don’t stay anywhere else because this place will rejuvenate your soul and make you want to return time and time again. Should also mention the hotel is extremely well located with everything you need and more. Thanks for such an incredible stay and an amazing end to our honeymoon.
Incredible location and nice staff
Pros: The location was incredible, a short walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. It was so close you could hear the call to prayer from the hotel room - highly recommend bringing earplugs for the night prayer call. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. It was nice that there was a gym and a pool to cool down during warm days.
Cons: The best part of the hotel was also the worst, the entrance was entrapped on a street with plenty of tourist traps and people coming up to you asking you to come into their restaurant or store.

Chose only because of the open pool area, otherwise you will have to constantly ask for something, demand.
Pros: Only the pool and the spa, poolside restaurant staff
Cons: The reception staff is not even friendly, nor interested in serving hotel guests, everything needs to be requested and there is always a long wait for decisions. There was mold in the bathroom during a week of staying at this hotel, no room cleaning was done, they just make the bed after you and that's it. Towels need to be requested, especially for the pool, they are separate.
