Over all the hotel met my expectations. I’m upset that the $25 deposited was not refunded to me.
Pros: I like that there was a shuttle option, but the shuttle driver drove past me and I ended up waiting 40 minutes while it was already midnight. Cons: The receptionist charged me an extra $25 for the room and said it was for security of damage, but it would be returned the next day. It was never refunded to me.
We were unhappy because the room had roaches and there wasnot hot water.
Cons: There were several roaches in our room. The shower did not have hot water.
Pleasant enough for a short stay
Pros: Room was nice enough and clean. Bathroom area was modern as was the reception area. Close to the airport and Denny's which was just across the street. Cons: The Swimming Pool looked outdated and not very clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable.
Bad experience and horror room with no AC in my room
Pros: Nothing Cons: Not recommended and I reserved 2 night and after a bad night I am directly left the hotel.
