Pros: The refurbished room was lovely and spacious, the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. The kitchenette was well stocked. Cons: While there were towels supplied, there weren't any face washers, which to me doesn't really make much sense. Also, we went out for the night and on returning, we found our allocated car space had been taken which left us no choice but to park in someone else's space. The alternate reception car space was also full. They do warn you about this in your checkin message, however, I feel that they need to make sure this doesn't happen at all. Perhaps a

Pros: Been staying here for few years now , management changed, staff changed Still most comfortable and relaxing place to stay, very helpful to our needs friendly staff Cons: For some reason no teaspoons (first time)
