Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable , location perfect for my trip.
Location was fine, I was provided with what I asked for except a banana. It would have helpful to have been given a menu soon I knew exactly what was available.
Staff could not have been friendlier or helpful. Good breakfast. Met all our needs. Very good location.
Perfect for needs as regards room and facilities in the room.
Pros: Location was perfect for me as it was near my friends' house. Cons: I felt a bit isolated as I never saw any staff, particularly when I checked out. I had to leave through the fire escape. The place seemed empty. The wash basin took some time to empty. I think it needs to be unblocked.
I liked the fact that it was an all in one experience for a hotel that I did not expect. The hotel room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bar and restaurant on site, not to mention the entertainment, for example, pool table, bandits, and surprisingly a bouncy castle on the weekends for hotel guests and locals. Very friendly. I would rate it 9 out of ten for hotels I've stayed in.
