Perfect stay
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the Swan Guest House. The location, close to the train station and bus stop, was perfect. The garden and rooms were lovely, everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and practical. Vladimir is a smart, thoughtful, and welcoming host who goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m passing through Heathrow. Cons: -
Vladimir is an angel and made our stay.
Pros: Very clean, parking was a dream and Vladimir couldn’t have been more helpful, he even upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge for no reason! He also make sure to empty our bin daily and offered his fridge if we needed to keep anything cool. Cons: Nothing, it was lovely 🤗
Would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere near to Heathrow.
Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and easy to park. Friendly and helpful host. Cons: A fan in the room for the summer would have been a great addition.

The GRACE FULL SWAN
Pros: I booked very late in the night. I didn't realise the time and tried calling the property manager to cancel my booking also left a message. Within minutes I received a call from the manager and expressed my situation. He was understanding and kind to wait up late for me to arrive at the property. The accommodation was very clean: bed linen had a fresh flowery smell and clean. I overlooked the idea to ensure that a meal was added to my booking. However, the host invited me to coffee and a sandwich. If the Host- Vladimir didn't call and reassure me that he will look out for me that night.
