Pet friendly is not pet friendly

First off I rented a room that was supposed to have a kitchen. Upon arrival oh those rooms are not pet friendly. So the hotel says pet friendly but it is not all pet friendly. My dogs are registered service animals being I'm a 100% disabled United States Marine. I brought my paperwork into the lobby with one of my dogs and was told I had to check out. My fogs are immaculate they do not stink and are so gentle and personality is top notch. My irtimerary says my room fee with the kitchen is 108 , I'm paying 126 for little... box also I got a call for a 200$ pet deposit when clearly on the Swan H

The reception was cordial, respectful and responsive. It was professional. More grease to the elbow of Swan Motel, especially the staff members who are core to running the day-to-day services of this place. Many thanks.

Initially, our room had a problem with the hot tub, but managed took care of it right away for us. The service is excellent.
