Great Place to Stay

Pros: The room was a decent size and had a lot of helpful features. We liked the small touches of tea and coffee making facilities and the toiletries. The shower was excellent. It was comfortable to sit in the room and watch TV or read. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. It was close by the road and motorway for when we left, but it wasn't noisy despite the traffic. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the Tunnocks marshmallow and hot chocolate. Considering we had our dog (who's quite big) and his bed in the room, as well as us and our overnight luggage, we had enough room for the

The location and quality of finish. The rooms were very impressive.

RIP OFF!! LUXURY SUITE is not a bedroom with a Kitchen in it.

Pros: I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN I only stayed one night because I had booked a Luxury Suite but only was given a Room. A Hotel Suite by definition is more than one room, simply putting a kitchen unit in the bedroom does not turn it into Suite or excuse charging a premium for an ordinary room. I was so annoyed I cancelled my stay and left the next day. I hate being ripped off. I contacted the Duty Manager, told them the problem, they promised the Office would call me when they opened - They didn't and still haven't been in touch. There are no staff at the premises to complain to. I

Muy buen alojamiento!

Pros: El alojamiento es muy cómodo, fácil de acceder (self check in) y en una zona tranquila (en nuestro caso de camino a otro destino). Estaba muy limpio y la ropa de cama era excelente. Muy bien equipado, con una pequeña kitchenette que permite comer algo sencillo. Cons: Nada malo que decir. Todo fue muy bien.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, well decorated, presented, supplied. Grateful for the bottles of water in the fridge. Cons: Some traffic noise when the window was open. Fine when closed.
