I am far from satisfied with the stay, I have experienced much better in terms of accommodation.
Pros: The location is good Cons: Not clean, old furniture, full of insects, beer storage place. I paid for breakfast and I didn't see any breakfast.

Great apartment in a great location.
Pros: The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. The bathroom in the master bedroom was excellent. Great location compared to Manhattan. Size of the space. Cons: Noisy, you could clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking back and forth on creaking floors. Lots of living and dead ants in the small bathroom, every day, need to seal up the gaps properly. Garden furniture is dirty.
