Pros: Convenient location. Cons: Biggest thing was that one queen bedroom had one of the bathrooms and you have to go through it to get to the bedroom downstairs. Other things of note: Tiny kitchen for 10 people with no cabinet space. The fridge was missing a shelf and the door racks, which limits storage. Be prepared: We did not have enough towels for the 10 of us, and not a single wash cloth, hand towel, or dish towels.

Pros: Very, very clean inside and updated. Great lighting out front and inside. Cons: The back yard needed some TLC and straighting up. It was a nice size back yard but unkempt. A little clean up and trash picked up would go a long way. Measuring cups needed for the kitchen. Also, paper towels & pot holders. I had to use paper napkins I bought to take out pan from oven. Not even a dish towel was available.
