The place and location is generally good.
Pros: The room was sufficient for us and clean. Cons: Water is not readily available, even in the dinning. It would be good if you provide a refilling point, rather having to ask when you need some water. Also, there was no hand-wash in the bathroom, and insufficient shower gel for two people. The breakfast selection could be better for a hotel rated four stars.
The staff were excellent and very helpful.
Pros: The bedroom was very comfortable and well furnished. The bars and sitting areas were plentiful. Cons: We were disappointed that there was only one restaurant , the coffee shop, available for dinner during the week. A fridge in the bedroom would be appreciated.

Still worth the stay x
Pros: The staff are amazing from the moment we arrived to the sad moment having to leave was a beutifull hotel all through the food was great and friendly bar with a nice restaurant the breakfast was amazing value and all you can eat great produce my only thing was at best warm . Cons: Warm breakfast every morning could be hotter!! Also AC need updating not very good and noisy.
Didn't meet expectations
Pros: Reception gave us complementary access to the pool and spa areas which was a nice touch and this part of the hotel was very nice. Cons: Unfortunately the bed was not to our liking. It was very soft and uncomfortable. The 2nd main issue was the breakfast which for a 4 star hotel we thought should be better. It was average at best.
