Won't book here again

Pros: The space of the room was good, size was perfect. Our dog had a good sleep Cons: Extra cost need to be stated clearly on the booking.com page BEFORE you book. Not in hidden drop boxes, wasn't very happy with payment for bond was told it would be refunded at check out only to check out and than told 10-14 business days. Make sure to read everything before booking.

Pros: A thoroughly pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. In particular, Raghu, the manager at reception, provided exemplary hospitality. His attentiveness, professionalism, and courteous attitude made a huge positive impression on our stay. Thank you, Raghu, and the team! Cons: The breakfast options provided were good and enjoyable overall. One area that could make the offering even better would be to include more protein-rich options, providing greater variety and a more balanced breakfast.
