Amazing location. Great value for money

It's my 4th stay in this hotel. The rooms are being renovated and improved from 1 stay to another. This time, I also got upgraded with no extra charge for an amazing suit. The only problems were that the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. Also, the water stream in the taps were very weak. Other than that, the service, the air conditioner, the bed, the space, the cleaning and anything else was amazing. Thanks for a great stay

As good as it gets

So I arrived early in the morning, way before the check-in time. I was early by at least 4-5 hours. My best bet was that the hotel administration would keep my luggage and that I would while away the time roaming around aimlessly in Dubai Mall. The fact that I hadn’t slept the entire night earlier owing to my flight schedule was also weighing on my mind. It is in this backdrop that I tentatively approached the lady at the reception. Her name was Sandra and I right at the outset told her that I know I’m early but I would just request you guys to entertain my luggage and get me a room at your ea
