The apartment was very spacious, there was a horrible smell from kitchen area upon arrival
The apartment was very spacious, there was a horrible smell from kitchen area upon arrival. Check-in staff stated that we had only paid deposit not whole room, we were trying to get booking confirmation up to show them that it was paid for. At last confirmed we paid for the whole booking.

Nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the Metro Station and easy access to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall. Gym facilities were good and so was the pool area along with steam and sauna ro. Cleanliness was impeccable and the room was serviced regularly by Roland and what an amazing job he did, an absolute credit to the establishment.
