It’s very beautiful & services are exceptional

I used to stay at Swissôtel regularly, but after this experience, I will definitely reconsider staying there again.

Pros: The AC didn’t work for the first two days despite our complaints, the room was extremely hot, housekeeping was only once a day, and used/dirty towels were not replaced but put back on the shelf. Cons: Poolside pricing was inconsistent—the exact same order cost around 1,800 TL one day and 1,200 TL the next, which felt very unprofessional. Communication was also difficult as the pool staff spoke very little English.

Very comfortable hotel with superb friendly staff and excellent facilities

Pros: Very comfortable room with a view up the Bospherus. All the features of the room were very good and I particularly enjoyed a choice of pillows available. The rooms were cleaned quickly at a time suit. The facilities were excellent. We used the swimming pool, the suana/steam room in the wellness centre, several of the restaurants and the rooftop bar. Madhu's Indian restaurant was excellent. The daily breakfast had an enormous and interesting choice and although very busy, all the staff were very helpful and attentive.
