Overall nice experience, bit staff makes it stand out. 2 ladies in kids area very friendly, restaurant staff very attentive, pool area staff extremely nice as well.

Absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Upon arrival we received a complementary upgrade, service was amazing, room was super clean and new.

The hotel does have the wow factor with the interior design and decor throughout
The hotel does have the wow factor with the interior design and decor throughout. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned everyday and had many bottles of water (that was needed in the Dubai sun). Breakfast choice was very good. Breakfast drinks orders were very hit and miss. Sometimes we got half an order, sometimes we didn’t get any. Hot drinks are available within the breakfast room, but it would be advisable to either offer an order system or decide not. Many times we had finished our breakfast and were unsure whether we had a coffee coming or not. The on site restaurant - Roaring Rabbit
