Not recommended, there are much better options for this price

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful, nice views and best location. Cons: Very bad rooms mold everywhere, lights and sockets not working, sink clogged up, and the worst: very moldy/humid bad smell... The rooms are old and in very bad shape. Overall nowhere near a 5 star rating, more like 1 or 2.. just the staff and service was 5 star. These things are unacceotable for a 5 star hotel and the price is not justified, feels like a scam.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Better hotels available in Colombo at that price point.

Pros: We got upgraded as the hotel wasn’t busy in the first day. Cons: We then extended for one further night. We were told we could keep the same room and had to vacate as the next guest was in the hotel already and they needed the room. 2 hrs later they were still not there and we ended up being moved to the fifth floor which was not a good standard. Not even water in the rooms. With two young kids, that was difficult

Pros: The location is beautiful and also the staff were well mannered and very pleasant Cons: The rooms were very old and the doors look so old and there was dust inside the cupboards

Pros: The breakfast was quiet good but not into my expectations but overall the breakfast was good we had Indian and srilankan breakfast with some western better if u could add more varietys .. I loved the stay and the location Cons: I loved everything to be honest one thing was that we didnt have the balcony ... but when we went to see a room with the balcony the space in the room was quite too small
