Refused to refund despite notice I couldn't make it

Pros: Nothing. Couldn't go as the hotel were aware Cons: Child in hospital. Gave notice, couldn't attend, refused refund - with notice I saved up a long time to stay as my favourite band were playing at the Castle. Called the Hotel 16 times in the 11 days leading up to the date. Not only has there been no refund at all, there's been NO acknowledgement of contact. If they refund me, I'll change my review

Fantastic see you guys soon

Pros: 10 mins walk to the city perfect location. Stayed an extra night aswell. Very clean, it was like being at home in your own bedroom. We had en-suite but could still hear people using the shared facilities supposed that can’t be helped. ***** definitely staying again. Kettle wire was a bit small and had to carry the wire and everything to the bathroom sink to fill up. Staff were 10/10 Cons: Nothing

Pleasant experience

Pros: It had nice decor, was clean and close to the city centre Cons: Room didn’t have en-suite bathroom

Great value for money

Pros: The check in was easy and staff (Tony) was really friendly. I had a single room and it was tiny but had everything I needed, the shared bathroom and toilet were super clean which was a big plus! Cons: It was a single bed which was what I paid for but it was really springy and uncomfortable sadly. The room had quite a few bits of wear as well.
