Pros: We loved how close it was to the Belgrade Theatre and the bus stops to Birmingham and other areas. The rooms were very stylish and spotless every time we returned from a day out. Cons: The barman seemed very put out when we asked if we needed a reservation for dinner and claimed there was a table of 32 people were ordering so he wasn't sure we could be seated but if we sat in the bar he would see what he could do, when we made up or mind after five minutes to eat somewhere else he seemed equally put out claiming the table was leaving and they were free to serve us now but we left anyway.
