Pros: I liked: the location, the bed, the shower Cons: The staff at the restaurant were disinterested, it’s like they didn’t want to be there, for example: one night we just wanted drinks & the only available table was dirty - it took them several minutes of multiple discussions as to who would clean the table. Ordering and paying the bill was also challenging

Pros: Outstanding location and heritage vibe! 3 different pools and great buffet breakfast. Cons: Lacks attention to detail - some bathroom lights weren’t working, shower gel wasn’t refilled and phone in the room didn’t work despite asking about these.

Not what we wanted
Pros: The food at the restaurant is good. Cons: We paid for 2 separate rooms and were put in a family room with one bathroom, we complained and were taken to another family room slightly away from the hotel with very high beds. Not sure what happened to our separate rooms.
