Extremely disappointing
Having experienced this hotel many times in the past I so looked forward the sharing this with friends. I was bitterly disappointed with the quality of food and service that we experienced. It took over an hour for the waiter to tell us what we had ordered was not available. We ordered wine by the glass and when we re-ordered the same with it was cocked up. Will not go back

I informed that manager that we we booked the venue for 26th wedding anniversary. What a job, they did! They went full out to make the room AMAZING. They also give us complementary bottle of wine, chocolates. We also booked a table for a 5 course dinner. Again AMAZING. So much more to make us feel special!
Underwhelming
Hotel needs revamping, feels tired and old, in-room facilities not great. The TV is Positioned in a very odd place, so can't be seen from the lounge or bedroom

Dated and overpriced - a huge disappointment
Ten Bompas advertises itself as a boutique-style hotel with a small number of suites. The reality is that the whole property is extremely dated and in need of maintenance/renovation, and the rooms are tired and aesthetically unpleasant. Furniture that looks like it comes from the 1970s, a bathroom with chipped paintwork and a cheap non-adjustable hand shower, and one of the windows next to the entrance door had no curtain, meaning it is impossible to make the room completely dark at night. The only positive comment I can make was that the cooked breakfast was of a good standard. To be charged
