The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the pool is always very clean, and the rooms are truly elegant.

Among history, art, and peace.
Pros: First of all, cleanliness, rich and abundant breakfast of great quality. The location is good for various trips, your alert about Assisi is beautiful. Last but not least, the owner Salvatore deserves 5 stars alone, he has a passion and knowledge of the area that makes him a living guide to visit places and villages less known but truly wonderful. Cons: The fact that dogs are not allowed access, in Assisi and for what concerns history, is a limit that should be removed. I liked it less that the structure's dog entered the pool 2/3 times. This I would call a negative period.

Does not correspond to the advertisement. No pool, no hot tub, bad breakfast.
Pros: Nice flowery estate with a playground for children. Cons: We came in mid-May and the pool and hot tub were out of service! Why not indicate this in the advertisement? We book a night in an agriturismo where we expect to have the indicated facilities, and once we arrived, this was not the case! If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. The owner told us: 'it's because it's going to rain.' Without further explanation. There were a few showers but overall the weather was nice. And anyway, it was clear that the pool had not been opened or cleaned. Once again, it is not indicated anywher
