Great overnight stay!!
Pros: All staff there were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tiana and Jada in the Dining Room at Breakfast. The Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Cons: The shower stall in the bathroom did not have a place (shelf) to put soap and shampoo while showering. Very inconvenient.

Pros: The property's location was perfect for my visit to Kingston, and the room was clean. I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Cons: Despite my positive comments above, there were some areas that fell short. For example, I repeatedly requested an extra pillow, which was never delivered - it was needed for health reasons. Towels were not fully restocked, and even when requested, they were never delivered. The dinner service was subpar, and a simple step like repeating orders could have greatly improved my experience. The service at breakfast was really good.
